Merchandise Planning Assistant (Fashion Retail; Fresh grad welcome)

• Provide Supports on merchandising team
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports
• Follow up and coordinate shipments, stocks allocations, transfers to retail stores
• Execute and manage smooth run of weekly replenishment;
• Maintain min/max level in system to ensure replenishment stock level;
• Monitor and maintain optimum store stock levels to ensure target fill rate is reached;
• Collaborate closely with logistic team to monitor the gap between demand and supply planning and recommend action plan when needed;
• Develop and communicate allocation strategies based on location and size selling performance;
• Analyze store performance, size trends and apply observations to future distribution and planning strategies;
• Responsible for some ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or Undergraduate Degree
• 1-2 years merchandising or buying experience in fashion industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduate with relevant intern experience will be considered
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, English and Chinese word-processing
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
• Familiar with SAP, will be considered in advance
