Merchandiser (Gift & Premium and Sundries)

Responsibilities

• Ability to source all range of Gifts, Premiums & Sundries
• Sourcing of new factories
• Ability to source best factories able to accept low MOQ versus best quality/ price ratio
• Ability to anticipate risk or rising problems (quality issues) thanks to close follow up with factories
• Handle order processing from product development to bulk production
• Responsible for sample arrangement, sourcing and production coordination
• Work closely with overseas customers and suppliers for quotation follow up, sample arrangement and order follow up
• Work closely with the Graphic designer to ensure factory technical issues/price point are well taking care into the proposals to clients
• Reporting directly to the Director and Senior Merchandiser
• Attending various fairs in Hong Kong and China
• Post our company profile/products on various online platforms

1/Capacity to source a wide range of gifts, premiums, and sundries, including but not limited to games, towels, pet items, candle jars, pocket mirrors, clutch bags, and ashtrays.
2/Capacity to identify and establish relationships with new factories to enhance product offerings and ensure quality production.

Inquiries will come from our head office as well as direct clients from BSA.
