Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following moodytiger’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Merchandise Allocation
To handle the allocation of merchandise including initial allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer
To work with merchandising team and store teams to review styles and optimum qty of each store to drive maximum sales
To maintain auto-replenishment parameter to ensure timely replenishment
To fully understand the requirements of each market and brand to execute general inventory management to maximize sales and profitability
To create, run and maintain various weekly or monthly reports as required to support decision making
Merchandise Hierarchy
To support merchandising team as data management function, include brand creation, merchandise hierarchy, and brand group maintenance
Customer Focus
To build strong relationship with Sales & Operation team, Merchandise Planning team, and Warehouse and Logistic team, to ensure understanding of their needs
To manage internal customer issues, complaints and feedback promptly and in professional manner
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Fashion & Textile, Supply Chain or related disciplines
Fresh graduate is welcome or with 1 year of related working experience
Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
Highly analytical and detailed oriented, also a good team player
Exceptional communication skills with a proactive attitude
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge of Putonghua is a definite advantage
