Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative support, including office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, data entry, expenses claim, petty cash, documents filing and vendor contract renewal, etc;
  • Arrange vehicle license renewal and license registrations according to regulations;
  • Perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting guests, arranging mail & courier services, filing, managing meeting room reservations etc;
  • Provide clerical and HR operations assistance
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Secretarial / Business Administration / or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year experience in office Administration
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive, meticulous, and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage
