Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support, including office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, data entry, expenses claim, petty cash, documents filing and vendor contract renewal, etc;
- Arrange vehicle license renewal and license registrations according to regulations;
- Perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting guests, arranging mail & courier services, filing, managing meeting room reservations etc;
- Provide clerical and HR operations assistance
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Secretarial / Business Administration / or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year experience in office Administration
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Proactive, meticulous, and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available would be a definite advantage
