Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full range support of general administrative duties including equipment maintenance, office supply, pantry supply, maintain office tidiness, etc.
- Perform general administration including data-entry, scanning, filing, mailing, arrange courier, arrange company activities, etc.
- Manage booking system and meeting rooms' availability
- Handle procurement functions, facilities maintenance and vendor management
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Hourly rate : $80 - $100
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of work experience in office administration
- Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing, knowing Canva will be a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Flexible working hour
- Immediate available is desirable
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
