Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full range support of general administrative duties including equipment maintenance, office supply, pantry supply, maintain office tidiness, etc.
  • Perform general administration including data-entry, scanning, filing, mailing, arrange courier, arrange company activities, etc.
  • Manage booking system and meeting rooms' availability
  • Handle procurement functions, facilities maintenance and vendor management
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Hourly rate : $80 - $100

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of work experience in office administration
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing, knowing Canva will be a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Flexible working hour 
  • Immediate available is desirable
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
