As the key contributor to the Administration Team, your role is to provide professional reception and customer services for the Hong Kong office.
What you can expect
- Handle receptionist duties, including screening and answering calls, managing meeting room bookings, and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing and documentation tasks
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms
- Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required
Who we are looking for
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in reception or customer service duties will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills, customer service attitude, well organised and detail-minded
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
