Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with Head Office Administration in China to ensure compliance with Company’s policy
  • Responsible for purchasing and managing the company's fixed assets and daily supplies
  • Coordinate scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
  • Lead and support the administrative team to improve overall efficiency
  • Maintain and update company policies and procedures
  • Assist in drafting and filing company-related documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possessing good problem-solving skills and a meticulous work attitude
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

  • 出色的组织和多任务处理能力。
  • 有良好的文字表达能力和语言表达、沟通能力和人际交往技巧。
  • 熟练使用办公软件(如 Microsoft Office 套件)。
  • 能够独立工作以及团队协作。
  • 具有良好的问题解决能力和细致的工作态度。
  • 中英文双語讀寫能力。
