Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with Head Office Administration in China to ensure compliance with Company’s policy
- Responsible for purchasing and managing the company's fixed assets and daily supplies
- Coordinate scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Lead and support the administrative team to improve overall efficiency
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures
- Assist in drafting and filing company-related documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possessing good problem-solving skills and a meticulous work attitude
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

任职资格

- 具备办公室经理或类似行政岗位的工作经验。
- 出色的组织和多任务处理能力。
- 有良好的文字表达能力和语言表达、沟通能力和人际交往技巧。
- 熟练使用办公软件(如 Microsoft Office 套件)。
- 能够独立工作以及团队协作。
- 具有良好的问题解决能力和细致的工作态度。
- 中英文双語讀寫能力。
