Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing student surveys and assessments, including data collection, analysis, response to enquiries, and preparing summary reports.
  • Implement engagement plans with students and faculty to promote continuous advancement of academic quality within the university community.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, overseeing document filing systems, and managing office supplies.
  • Contribute to the team in developing and implementing academic quality-related initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector is preferred.
  • Competent analytical skills, proficient in data analytics and statistical analysis, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with robust interpersonal abilities, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT and software applications, including but not limited to MS Office and SPSS. Knowledge of AI-powered tools is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for tasks assigned; quality and detail-oriented, organized, sensitive to both data and language nuances, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable upon mutual agreement)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
