The appointee will provide supports to undergraduate (UG) admissions, course administration, student engagements and program promotions. Reporting to the Assistant Manager (Outreach and Development), the appointee will work closely with the UG Coordinator and the Associate Head (UG Studies and Outreach).
Major responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing extensive administrative support to undergraduate (UG) course management, including Final Year Projects, students’ industrial experience and student case reviews;
- Supporting the program promotion events, including the arrangement of secondary school talks and production of multimedia content;
- Providing logistics support in University-wide, School-wide and Department student activities, such as UG Orientation, career workshops, alumni talks and congregation;
- Liaising with internal and external parties whenever required; and
- Performing any other tasks and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in an academic institution. The appointee should be a team player with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and good knowledge of IT and software applications. The appointee should also be confident in working with students from diverse backgrounds, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure. Working outside normal office hours is required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
