Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve online inquiry in our centralised ticketing system (Text only)
  • Provide support for customer order pick up
  • Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
  • Support other ad-hoc functions assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, must be a fast Chinese typist
  • Good command of both written Chinese and English
  • Quick learner of Customer Service related software
  • Good team player
  • Independent, highly self-motivated, enjoy new challenges
  • Knowledge and experience in customer service/ call centre/ e-Commerce will be an advantage
  • Interested in ACG and Toys is highly preferred
