Operation Executive

PapaHome Partnered with Taobao is a home goods retail store that provides consumers with a one-stop online-merge-offline shopping experience. It redefines how customers shop for home goods by offering comprehensive solutions like seeing/feeling the products in-person, getting great products at value prices and getting furnitures custom made.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for daily operations and sales activities to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
• Gather and consolidate information from various sales operation meetings, prioritizing tasks and follow-up actions.
• Communicate and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
   

Requirements

• HKDSE or higher in any field.
• Experience in customer service, and/or sales operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
