Operation Manager and Dream maker

Job Description：

Work closely with the founder to reconstruct an FMCG retail wholesale and logistic group.

 

Hands on every technical and physical aspects of the operation and management of the companies.

 

Design, set up and implement system and business model that ensure long-term sustainability and development off the vehicle with sense of corporate governance in mind.

Physically functioning, balancing and manage talents, capital, and other resources.

Recruit, train, manage and lead talents and workers.

Ensure the company operates smoothly at all time, fill front line position in person if necessary.

Ensure priorities, rules, regulations, orders are complied and well built in to the system with business ethics, long time consideration

Flexible working schedule and may require to work during public holidays, festivals & seasons, late night and antisocial hours.

High acceptance of matters beyond earthly physics and common knowledge.

Accounting and legal background is an advantage.
