Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve operational inquiries from channel partners and customers.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the support and customer service team.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for improvement; work closely with the internal system team to implement enhancements.
  • Assist in streamlining the customer support workflow by creating operational manuals and training materials.
  • Monitor and analyze support ticket data, identify trends, and take necessary actions; produce regular reports on support performance.
  • Monitor, analyze the support ticket statistics, identify and follow up the action items, prepare regular report 
  • Collaborate with partners, customers, and cross-functional teams such as Business Development and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer services.
  • Problem solver, logical thinking, dynamic and energetic.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin with excellent interpersonal and communications skills to collaborate with various teams effectively.
  • Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and prioritize responsibilities accordingly.
