Job Description
1. To assist daily clerical and operative works;
2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of a chain of shops.
3. Support and work closely with front line staff, back office, and other departments tofoster a collaborative work environment.
4. Upload and renew menu information onto all digital/paper POS when needed
5. Handle price quotation and negotiation when necessary
6. Manage various projects in line with business plans and strategies, such as openingnew shops
7. Assist in project execution process and liaise with internal department, operationteam, landlord, designer and relevant parties on aligning design, E & M matters evenon project & renovation as a basis
8. Monitor of shop renovation and ensure to meet project deadline as well as complywith group guidelines vs local regulations.
9. Hands-on experiences on applying food licences, business registrations.
10. Report to Management Team that issues or possible risks may affect to businessoperations
11. Manage office supplies, maintain facilities, and coordinate IT support to ensuresmooth operations
12. Liaise with all landlords of luxury malls for brand & store development
13. Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, able to read and write English.
- Hands-on experience in operations, with Five years or more of experience in F&Bindustry
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Independent, self-motivated, and analytical with attention to detail
- Good and efficient communication skills to handle contractors, external &internal customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
