Parent Consultant (Customer Consultant, 5-day work week)

• Good exposure to education centre & customer services
• Convenient work location near to MTR station (Lai Chi Kok)
• 5-day work week

Responsibilities:

• Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
• Conduct parent workshop relating to product and centre services
• Provide service support in membership programs
• 5-day work week (roster schedule from Mondays to Sundays)

Requirements:

• Work experiences in Education Centre operation is highly preferred
• Experiences in Early years education would be an advantage
• Diploma holder or above, excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
• Customer-oriented, good presentation and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Being an ex-member of our company is a definite advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
