Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s complaint, general enquiry and maintenance service
- Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer’s request
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement purpose
- Maintain customer records including inquiries, comments and complaints
- Support data entry and provide clerical support to the department
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Call Centre / Customer Service field
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office
- Chinese Word Processing
- Good in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, efficient and well-organised
- Able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will also be considered
- Immediately available is highly preferred
