Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s complaint, general enquiry and maintenance service
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer’s request
  • Collect customer feedback for service improvement purpose
  • Maintain customer records including inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Support data entry and provide clerical support to the department
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Call Centre / Customer Service field
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office
  • Chinese Word Processing
  • Good in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Excellent problem solving skills with strong self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, efficient and well-organised
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will also be considered
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
