Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy to foster stronger connections between the School and the alumni community;
- Coordinate and organise alumni events and networking activities to provide opportunities for alumni to engage with the School;
- Explore new and innovative ways to engage alumni through digital platforms to enhance their experience;
- Maintain and update the alumni database; analyse alumni engagement data and prepare regular reports for strategic decision-making and resource allocation;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and concerns;
- Conduct market research and analysis; and
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility with initiatives; and ability to work independently are required. Prior experience in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
