Planner (Future Classics)

We are looking for a planner under the brand Future Classics; an international womenswear brand for the Asian market.  Future Classics operates under Hoimeng Group, the parent company of KAPOK, a Multi-brand retailer based in Hong Kong.

Future Classics works closely with Hoimeng, ONS Clothing and KAPOK, bringing Design, Sourcing, Sampling, Production, Marketing and Retail functions all within the Hoimeng umbrella.

Job Description

Overall:

• Supports Planning Manager in daily analysis and activities
• Assist in annual open-to-buy/open-to-sell budgets and plans, and ensure these plans are executed properly by working closely with merchandising teams

Responsibilities:

• Build sales projections for budgets & forecasts
• Develop OTB budgets
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risk and opportunity across channels.
• Support Planning Manager on merchandise plan/ stock allocations
• Consolidate monthly sales analysis, and review business performance with all KPIs
• Perform effective inventory control, inventory management best practices
• Handle special and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience of solid planning & merchandising experience in retail chain environment
• Self-motivated, positive
• A fast learner, acute market sense with strong analytical mind and product sense
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
