Pre-Sales Engineer (Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Account / Product Managers in providing presales technical support and delivering deep dive product demonstration to clients and business partners.
• Provide enablement of key technologies, and co-sell to end users.
• Conduct client demonstration and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets.
• Recommend and influence market content.

Job Requirement

• Working experience in the design and implementation of private cloud solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of general system infrastructure technologies, SAN, HCI, Backup and recovery, virtualization, Infrastructure-related cloud computing, Automation and container technologies.
• Diploma or degree holders in any IT-related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience and solid skill sets in the I.T. industry.
• Demonstrate your skill sets in technical domains and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Willing to learn, able to work independently, self-motivated with clear company and self-objective.
• System Engineer with similar experience and skillset will be considered.
