Pre-sales / Solution Consultant - Public Sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
• Solution Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative solution demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering questions and addressing concerns related to solution capabilities.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to the development and compilation of proposals, including technical documentation and solution architecture.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, especially the aviation industry, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a similar role in the aviation, Video Analytics, and BI industries.
• Strong knowledge and experience in application solutions, with a solid understanding and experience in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
