Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities in solution consulting aspects to achieve sales target in Microsoft Dynamics system development, which address specials needs in various industries.
  • Responsible for presales activities including market research, understand business needs, solution design, preparation of functional proposal, power point and demo, and doing live demo to clients.
  • Drafting high level functional requirement document, business workflow diagram, communicate with technical partner and delivery team.
  • Participating in implementation projects providing consulting services to clients, including training, business requirement workshops, requirement analysis, high-level system design, documentation, system testing, support and maintenance.
  • Participating in internal system testing to confirm the developed solution meet the requirement.
  • Perform first tier troubleshooting and problem resolving.
  • Perform other consulting and support related duties as assigned.
  • Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans.
  • Ensure timesheets are entered accurately on a timely basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Holding a degree in any relevant area like Business Administration, Hospitality, Logistics Management, Retail, Manufacturing/Production, Property Management, etc.
  • Having solid experience ERP, CRM, POS, E-com, Warehouse Mgt System will be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc).
  • Should possess very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Broad business knowledge in different industries will be an advantage.
  • Have to be initiative and be able to work independently.
  • Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with least supervision.
