Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers, follow-up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and inventory control
  • Process requests for procurement of goods/product, liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations and delivery;
  • Inventory management including taking stock, arranging delivery schedule and handling product returns
  • To handle PO processing and monitoring.
  • Manage quotations, documents & costing.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of the company’s sustainability initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Hardware department, including to preparation of reimbursement claims.
  • Perform other duties (any ad-hoc tasks) assigned or as instructed by the manager 

    Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Electronics or Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related disciplines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fresh Graduates with good attitude will also be considered.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferable.
