Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Procure-to-Pay(P2P) process monitoring
- Support business requirements by material sourcing (including products for E-commerce, wellness business and medical device)
- Stakeholders’ management include but not limited to supplier relationship, evaluation and selection
- Conduct negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings, contribute central bulk-purchase contractual agreements
- Prepare the data transactions to perform inventory management and forecasting
- Communicate and understand the needs of operations to ensure the usage of medical supplies
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business or Procurement & Supply Chain or Drugs Dispensing related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/ purchasing experience; with procurement in medical capital equipment is an advantage.
- Independent, strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and comfortable to work with people at all levels.
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel)
