Position Overview: As the Program Manager or Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our program, ensuring its smooth operation and exceptional delivery.  Reporting directly to the Program Director, your role will be critical in managing day-to-day activities and supporting students’ learning journey.  This position offers a chance to work closely with industry leaders, faculty, and an elite cohort of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between faculty and students, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of any issues.
  • Lead the student support team to provide a first-class experience from onboarding to graduation, enhancing every aspect of student life.
  • Manage student communications, promptly addressing inquiries, and ensuring a rich and fulfilling learning experience.
  • Oversee course planning and scheduling, coordinating with teaching assistants to deliver learning objectives.
  • Lead the team to provide comprehensive support for teaching and learning activities, from on-site logistics and teaching support to post-module follow-up.
  • Occasionally support marketing and admissions to attract the best candidates.
  • Manage program office administration, including managing stocks and handling ad-hoc projects as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in education program administration, stakeholder management, or the hospitality sector.
  • A client-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver solutions proactively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can work independently.
  • A collaborative team player who is people-oriented and enjoys working in a multicultural setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for an appointment as Assistant Manager.

Contract Duration: This position is for 2 years, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
