Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervisors to implement projects, activities, and handle enquiries related to volunteering
  • Support to volunteer capacity building procedures and teaching materials, as well as training and workshop arrangement
  • Assist in Agency volunteer engagement programme and activities, facilitate the new service development concept of volunteer related projects
  • Support administrative tasks and record keeping in different programme and activities
  • Support and lead the staff and volunteers in the activities and service delivery
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisors from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
  • Experience in event management & volunteer management is preferred
  • A team player with sound coordination techniques, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (including MS Office), knowledge in multi-media production (including video-editing & graphic design) is an advantage
  • May need to perform duties on weekends or evenings if required

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
