Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting works includes voucher entry and bank reconciliation
- Perform match and check & appropriate approvals before processing invoices for payment settlement
- Assist in month-end closing & prepare monthly audit schedules and internal reports
- Assist in stocktaking & fixed assets physical counting
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor
Requirements:
- Have LCC&I Certificate in Book-keeping (Intermediate Level) or equivalent
- Have attained Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in the HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent
- Be familiar with computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- At least two years relevant working experience
- Work Location: Yau Ma Tei
