Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Manager / Asst. Manager to execute community programmes to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the public, especially the high-risk groups, in the scope of health or resilience
  • Provide support in any project relevant activities and health promotion programmes
  • Provide administrative and logistics support in community health programmes and inventory management
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including different service teams and local partners, etc. to ensure smooth collaboration and programme delivery
  • Coordinate with volunteers in providing quality community health programmes
  • Prepare data and maintain updated reports on programmes for service evaluation and continuous improvement.
     

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in social science or public health is preferred.
  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above, with at least 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Degree holder with less working experience will also be considered.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office), knowledge of design and audio-visual software is an advantage.
  • Responsible, well organized and good communication skills.
  • Community work experience and planning is an advantage.
