Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, course management and coordination for Programme Management Team;
  • Maintain effective day-to-day operation of the Academic Programmes such as student records, examinations, scheduling, institution related events and graduation matters, course material and lectures preparation;
  • Familiar with using Moodle system
  • Liaise with various departments, academic staff, students and external parties on matters relating to student services, programme administration;
  • Provide secretarial support to Manager and teaching members;
  • Assist the Programme Management Team in managing academic and student matters;
  • Undertake committee work in various meetings, committees and boards;
  • Experience in Quality Assurance & Accreditation process will be an advantage;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Professional qualifications in related subject areas;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in education and/or programme administration & management;
  • Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese;
  • A good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and capable in multi-tasking;
  • Presentable, personable and patience personality;
  • Proficientin computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in working with students will be a definite advantage;
