Job Description
Our Group has been providing E&M engineering solutions and services, with a primary focus on Transportation Mission Critical System Solutions, in Hong Kong for over 40 years.
What you will:
- Support engineers in handling administrative issues throughout projects
- Coordinate meetings, project status updates, audit, equipment purchasing
- Provide clerical support including preparation of documents, correspondences and reports, document control and other administrative works
- Prepare minutes, reports, track records
What will make you success:
- Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experiences
- Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills
- Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
