The Roles:
- Assist the Project Manager in organising and executing programme events efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints;
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on marketing, PR strategies, and digital content development to promote the Fashion Incubation Programme effectively;
- Conduct research, plan content, edit, proofread, and coordinate interviews to deliver promotional materials punctually;
- Support online platform and social media management, develop digital assets and promotional materials, and prepare presentation proposals to maintain high-quality content standards;
- Engage with programme partners, vendors, and incubatees, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
- Aid in the preparation and management of programme events to ensure smooth execution;
- Manage logistics, coordination, progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting effectively;
- Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics of the Fashion Incubation Programme, coordinating activities between FIP and other programmes;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders daily to streamline operations;
- Handle programme administrative tasks, including document filing and record-keeping, with precision;
- Perform any additional tasks as needed to support the successful execution of the Fashion Incubation Programme.
Requirements:
- University degree or above or equivalent;
- Possess 2-4 years’ work experience, with fashion industry / luxury brands, e-commerce platforms, marketing, PR and content & copywriting experience is an advantage;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Enthusiastic and versatile individual with a strong passion for fashion, deeply engaged in local and international fashion communities;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful self-starter with a proactive mindset;
- Creativity, independent thinking, curiosity, and collaboration are key attributes;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines effectively;
- A keen sense of fashion, trends, and technology is highly valued;
- Proficient in editing with experience in digital portal development being a definite advantage;
- Demonstrated research skills and familiarity with current digital tools for knowledge sharing are advantageous;
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Mac Applications, and Chinese Word Processing;
- Proficiency in Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, or being tech-savvy is a plus;
- Background in business development or entrepreneurial experience would be beneficial.
