Responsibilities:
- Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification
- Handle the general enquiries and complaints
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or property management or customer service is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with MS Office
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Handover Officer
