Job responsibilities
• Team management and training: responsible for the formation, management and training of the property team to enhance the team's service awareness and professional skills.
• Property Service Planning: Develop and improve the property management service plan, covering security, cleaning, greening, facility maintenance and other aspects.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: Actively deal with owners' feedback, solve problems in a timely manner, and improve owners' satisfaction and loyalty.
• Budget and Cost Control: Prepare property management budgets, reasonably control costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• External coordination and communication: Maintain good communication and collaboration with the community, relevant government departments, suppliers, etc.
Requirements
• Experienced: 1-3 years of property management experience, preferably as a property manager.
• Excellent ability: excellent organization, coordination, communication and emergency handling skills.
• Solid knowledge: familiar with property management related laws and regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent quality: high sense of responsibility, service consciousness and team leadership.
