Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Assist Purchasing Manager to develop and implement MOD & EI materials pricing strategy and control the cost with vendors / suppliers / subcontractors.
• Assist Purchasing Manager to set up a system to standardize order processing procedures.
• Conduct quarterly review on local sub-contractor’s performance.
• Enhance warehouse’s delivery accuracy by minimizing EU-EXT orders.
• Conduct weekly review on stock level.
• Standardize materials price by conducting half-yearly review on the prices from factory and venders / suppliers / sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular meetings with MOD & EI to update subcontractors' quality and performance.
• Keep track of ordering status (e.g. monitor the duration between PR & PO issuance, proactively provide OC to MOD & EI).
   

Requirements:

• Degree Graduate preferable with degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain management and procurement of building / decoration / electronic materials may consider as Senior Purchaser.
• Supervisory and management skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Assertive and good team player.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
