Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in source potential suppliers and select new products (non-food items) to fulfill product portfolio and market needs
  • Liaise with suppliers on products ordering, pricing and shipment issues
  • Prepare documents of relevant purchasing activities including price comparison and tenders;
  • Work closely with internal department for purchasing process, development and administration
  • Maintain the members database during daily activities to ensure smooth operation and redemption customers’ experience
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business or Marketing related discipline
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
