Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner, managing conference room booking, mail and courier management.
- Support admin department provide daily office administration and reception duties support
- Assist in handling emergencies.
- Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage services
- Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the venue
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Pleasant and attention to details
- Able to work under pressure independently
- Excellent manner and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
- Flexible working hours may request work overnight
