Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner, managing conference room booking, mail and courier management.
  • Support admin department provide daily office administration and reception duties support
  • Assist in handling emergencies.
  • Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage services 
  • Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the venue
  • Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned 
     

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Pleasant and attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure independently
  • Excellent manner and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
  • Flexible working hours may request work overnight
