Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Event Team of our Communications and Resource Development is looking for a new team member, joining the Team to support execution of diverse fundraising event projects and related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in planning and execution of events, including press conference, award ceremony, kick-off ceremony and city hunt
- Assist in content preparation, especially on theme study, writer and designer communication and proof-reading, for promotional initiatives
- Provide logistics and operational supports, such as venue reservation, vendor communication, souvenir purchase, celebrities escort, etc.
- Closely work with other team members for all other relevant project tasks
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines
- Fresh graduate with experience in event execution and coordination will also be considered
- Strong team player, with good interpersonal communication skills
- Positive thinking mindset, upholding can-do spirit
- Knowledge in digital tools, such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, will be an advantage
