Job Description:

  • Assist with compiling sales reports or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support the retail team and stores with all administrative tasks.
  • Summarize frontline staff commissions and part-time staff payroll.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) for all retail-related payments.
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments, including store maintenance, store openings, and store closings.

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder in any related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 1-2 years office clerical work experience is a plus
  • Strong passion in retail industry
  • Available to work at least 2 full days per week
