Job Description

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:- 

  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail stores, actively involved in the planning and communication process with different parties to ensure efficient and effective operations as well as inventory management
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance figures for management review, coordinate and monitor the store team to develop action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual merchandising, and merchandising, to drive cohesive and impactful retail initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, implementing effective stock control measures to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail shop management or retail operations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment
  • Team player with high levels of motivation, proactive and creative
  • Good people management skills and sensitivity to figures
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
