Our goal is to set out higher standard of operations within our company. To achieve this, we are looking for experienced individuals that are willing to take on different responsibilities to grow our business strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of multiple retail locations to meet sales targets and KPIs and to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze KPIs and operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
- Motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, and to ensure merchandising and visual standards.
- Maximize sales opportunities and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Use customer feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and logistics, to ensure smooth running of retail stores.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on multi-unit operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
