Job Description

Responsibilities:

•      Greet guests and handle gifts redemption at reception

•      Maintain the showroom in good order

•      Provide administrative support to sales teams

•      Handle sales document and coordinate with other departments

•      Take part in organizing sales conferences and events

•      Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

•      Non-Sales job

Requirements:

  • Secondary School level or above
  • 1+ year relevant working experiences
  • Fluent in Cantonese, fair in Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Disciplined and punctual, well organized, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Work schedule:

ž4 days per week, Wed – Sat
