Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for the daily operation of Sales Department including sales order processing, sales invoice and other administrative support in team
  • Answering telephone inquiries
  • Monitor the delivery schedule and arrange the shipment with customers
  • Handling complaints and return shipments
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Handle general office administrative duties
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:
 

  • Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good communication skill
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and details oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (EXCEL and WORD), Chinese/English typing and knowledge in ERP system
  • Good command of both written and spoken of English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
