Job Description
- Provide Sales and administration support
- Follow up sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and clerical works
- Handle clients inquiries, invoices and requests
- Coordinates with customers, suppliers, regional offices and internal parties
- Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
- Occasionally travel to China as required
Requirements :
- DSE Graduate / Associate Degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Work independent and responsible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Professional in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Willing to learn and good communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
