Job Description

  • Provide Sales and administration support
  • Follow up sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and clerical works
  • Handle clients inquiries, invoices and requests
  • Coordinates with customers, suppliers, regional offices and internal parties
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
  • Occasionally travel to China as required

Requirements :

  • DSE Graduate / Associate Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Work independent and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Professional in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to learn and good communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
