Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the business, encompassing brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations for effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute innovative and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, public relations, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop captivating creative assets, including branding materials, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as footfall, sales conversion rates, customer feedback, and revenue, to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within the allocated budgetary constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Over 8 years solid sales experience of consumer electronic products with proven track records
  • Degree in Sales / Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skill
  • Strong business acumen, business planning and analytical skills
  • Pro-active, resourceful, result-oriented and sales driven
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to reach out and engage with a broad range of colleagues and external partners
  • Able to work in EU and USA time zones
  • Travel overseas if needed
