Scope of Responsibility

• Provide Daily Support to the Sales Team: Assist with operational tasks and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate Mixed Load Preparation: Manage and organize product assortments to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Assist the Regional Manager with Administrative Tasks: Support the Regional Manager in completing essential administrative duties to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese communication
• French or Spanish is preferred
• 2-3 year+ sales, sales coordinator, or professional experience
• Related working experience in import/exports and/or Meat/Frozen is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business or Logistics
• Detail oriented in workflow processes and resolution
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Open-minded, ambitious, and independent thinker
• Able to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, evaluating, and solving problem of a difficult procedural or departmental nature
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Travel is occasionally
• Detail oriented
• Good PC & Office Software skills
