We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Associateto join our energetic Foreign Exchange and Cross Border Payment Business support team in KVB Trading (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire strategic business partners and customers to expand the FX and cross border payment business;
  • Design, develop and implement strategic plan and market analysis to identify and target key sectors;Handle clients' enquiries through email, phone, and live chat in a professional manner.
  • Create sales orders and provide sales support services to clients on daily FX and cross-border payment logistics.
  • Handle account opening logistics in an efficient manner and in compliance with the regulated requirement
  • Strong presentation, and client servicing skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field;
  • 1 years’ relevant sales experience in general insurance industry or immigration consultant company;
  • Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Excellent communications, organizational, planning and people management skills;
  • Energetic and willing to work in a volatile environment;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
