Sales Associate

Position Purpose

The roles of the Sales Associate:

Key Accountabilities:
1. Achieve sales targets
2. Comply with Company policies and guidelines
3. Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Daily inventory control
5. Handle customer complaints according to Company guidelines

Qualifications, skills & experience:
1. Min. 2 years of retail sales experience
2. Proactive, presentable, detail-oriented
3. Good communication and selling skills
4. Fashion industry experience is preferred
5. Good computer literacy

5. 有一定的電腦知識
