Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Prepare quotation, tender and sales related documents
  • Project coordination: sampling, marketing, site issue etc
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Form 5/DSE/Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales administration
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel and Word) is required
  • Knowledge in AutoCad will be an advantage
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
