Job description and responsibilities
- Handle daily clerical duties
- Follow up customer orders
- Ensure customers' service requests are fulfilled
- Co-ordinate with various departments in HK & China
- Data entry and office routine tasks etc.
- Assist and support to Sales Department
Requirements :
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and good team spirit
