Job description and responsibilities

  • Handle daily clerical duties
  • Follow up customer orders
  • Ensure customers' service requests are fulfilled
  • Co-ordinate with various departments in HK & China
  • Data entry and office routine tasks etc.
  • Assist and support to Sales Department

Requirements :

  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and good team spirit
