Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary customer service contact for overseas customers
- Prepare quotations and samples
- Process orders from customers
- Organize sales and marketing activities
- Liaise with factories for pricing and delivery
- Travel occasionally for Exhibitions, meeting overseas customers, etc.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience; knowledge of industrial products will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English as most customers are overseas
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin
- Strong proficiency in MS Office like EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK and POWER-POINT
- A multi-tasker
- Ability to start work immediately is preferred
